Organic White Peony Tea
White Peony is a sweet, mild Chinese tea made from unopened tea buds and young tea leaves . The freshly harvested leaves are allowed to gently and slowly wither dry in the sun, resulting in beautiful flavours from the natural oxidation. This tea has a sophisticated mouthfeel that is wonderfully light with "chocolate" undertones. Great for beginners or more adept drinkers of white tea.
